Practice Focus
Tony is a key member in the Transport Practice as well as Energy and Natural Resources. He has gained experience in the field of shipping and admiralty litigation and has rendered a variety of transactional support in the core practice areas within the Energy and Natural Resources Group to local and international clients.
Tony has also been involved in a number of complex enforcement of maritime claims, judicial sale of ships and claims against maritime funds. He has done extensive work in a wide variety of corporate commercial disputes including marine claims and contractual disputes arising from the full range of marine casualties and has represented both cargo owners, shipowners and their insurers for both hull and P&I coverage disputes. He is also experienced in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Tony’s corporate and commercial practice covers a broad range of areas, including, corporate finance, commercial real estate, land development, secured transactions with emphasis on mortgage enforcement remedies and creditors’ rights.
