Practice Focus
Benson is a core member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Transport Law Groups. He joined the firm in 2003.
He has rendered legal advisory services to local and international clients with an avowed interest in oil spill related cases and aviation matters.
He advises clients on the litigation and pre-litigation, transactional aspects of energy and natural resources, aviation, contract, banking and project finance, intellectual property, intellectual property, construction and taxation.
