Olufemi is a member in the Energy & Natural Resources and Transport law Groups. He has acquired vast experience in corporate and commercially centred advisory work.
He has advised and successfully represented and worked with a varied range of clients consisting of both local and international corporate entities, in respect of transactions within the oil and gas industry. He has developed a particular bias for negotiation/drafting oil and gas industry contracts. He has been involved in a number of upstream and downstream projects through the rendering of legal advice and the conducting of legal due diligence on behalf of international corporate entities desirous of investing in Nigeria.
